PRIMARY SECTION TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODEL MAKING ACTIVITY

The Traffic Signal Model Making Activity was conducted for students of the primary section to introduce them to road safety in a fun and educational way. Students created a model of a traffic signal using simple materials like cardboard, colored paper (red, yellow, green), glue, and sketch pens, etc. Teachers explained the meaning of each light: Red – Stop Yellow – Wait Green – Go Beautiful and creative traffic signal models were made. Students learned traffic light meanings through a practical demonstration. Teachers asked questions to reinforce road safety rules. By the end of the activity, students were able to: - Recognize traffic signal lights and their meanings. - Understand the importance of following traffic rules. - Build simple models using everyday materials. The Traffic Signal Model Making Activity was a great success. It combined fun, creativity, and learning. Students enjoyed making the models and learned important lessons about traffic safety. Activities like this help build awareness from a young age and encourage responsible behavior in the future.
