PRIMARY SECTION MEDITATION SESSION

On occasion of Sant Dnyaneshwars 750th birth year, the Primary section students had a meditation session to pay tribute and learn the benefits of meditation in their day-to-day life. The children were guided through simple breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, and visualization activities suitable for their age group. The children were taught how to sit comfortably, close their eyes, and focus on their breathing to help calm their thoughts. The session helped improve concentration, reduced restlessness, and brought a sense of inner peace to the young minds. It was heartening to see children responding positively and expressing interest in practicing meditation regularly.
