The vote of thanks was given by Tr. Rhea Gomes. The Teachers Orientation Program was conducted on 6th June 2025 between 8 am to 12.30 pm at St Joseph Church Terrace. It has been conducted by the school management for the teachers of the entire sections Pre- primary, Primary and Secondary. The speaker for the orientation was Dr. Wilona, along with her assistant, Ms.Shivani Amin. The guests were welcomed by our Principals Fr. Pawan Saldanha, Fr. Nelson Cardoza, and Fr. Ashwin D Souza (Vice Principal). The session started with verbal and non-verbal communication. The groups of 6-8 members were formed and few activities were conducted by the teachers. The game was organized to help us understand that we should have a strong base, patience and team work in order to complete our targets. Later the groups were given few case studies to reflect on and enact as per the characters present in the case studies. This activity helped us understanding the various scenarios of regular conduct of school and how to deal with the same in an orderly manner. All teachers participated in an active manner, which gave teachers more confident and prepared to take on their new roles. The school administration expressed enthusiasm for the new academic year. Refreshments were served. The orientation program set the tone for a productive and successful academic year. It was a great experience for teachers of all sections.
