During this pandemic, the necessary adjustments were made so as to meet the needs of each and every student. This helped our children to gain confidence in their learning abilities.
Teachers have played a phenomenal role and have been agreat source of encouragement during the pandemic.With their efforts in making the e-learning experience interactive and interesting, the children felt they were in an academic environment even though they were at home attending classes virtually. Theteachers were innovative in their teaching methodology so that the children could continue to gain the required knowledge and understanding as they would in a physical classroom.E-learning was a new experience for not only the students, but the teachers as well; yet, they adapted well, spending enough time for their students without compromising on their time with family.
An exceptional quality of the School Management is that it integrates compassion into its teaching methodology.Through the online classes and sessions, the importance of valuesand good leadership skills were highlighted as well.
The School Principal plays a pivotal role in managing the staff as well as the students as onefamily – the Mount Carmel Family.Father makes sure to uphold the dignity of each student while insisting on disciplineand encouraging an active participation in co-curricular activities.He has also established rules and regulations to protect and safeguard the integral development of each student.

“Mount Carmel school helped my children develop good habits, a colourful and creative mind as well as right and rational thinking along with the required knowledge. The teachers have done more than just help them in their studies; they have guided my children on the path of becoming ideal citizens. They have gone out of their way to give special attention to the students less gifted academically. In the process of imparting knowledge, they assured an enjoyable school life for the kids. Mistakes were not seen as deserving of punishment and occasions for blame; rather, the principal and teachers used them as opportunities for growth and self-realization.
Mount Carmel School taught my children to respect their elders and to cultivate a healthy set of moral values such as obedience, punctuality, empathy, etc., that has helped them become good persons. They have also been taught the beautiful quality of sportsmanship and to be confident in life. The school staff has always supported the children in their co-curricular activities, such as football, karate, drawing, dancing, etc. and have always motivated them to participate in inter-school competitions. They are friendly but extremely firm as well when it comes to school rules, discipline and academics. The festivals and other important occasions were celebrated with great enthusiasm and grandeur. Various seminars were held as well, to keep the students well-informed.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the school made a smooth transition to the e-learning system, with the teachers making extra effort to adapt their teaching methods to the new conditions, so that the children could understand without much difficulty. Their efforts bore fruit in the good results of the students. I am glad that my children got the opportunity to study in such a spectacular school. I am really grateful and also thankful to the principal, teachers and the entire school staff for their hard work, kind support, and genuine efforts in creating a positive and friendly rapport between the children, the parents and the school. MY EXPERIENCE AS A STUDENT OF MOUNT CARMEL SCHOOL
My school life has always been the best days of my life. My school prepared me to develop good habits as well as right and rational thinking. The school was strict, cool and motivational. I enjoyed the school sports day and annual day. Every day I have learnt new things in my school and enjoyed my days with my friends. All my teachers supported me. I have learnt discipline and punctuality from my teachers, and it will help me a lot in the future. My school has trained me and shaped me for a better life. I am proud to be a student of Mount Carmel School. Every student here knows the importance of school life and they consider it the golden period of their life. My school was the place where I recognized my uniqueness and talents. My school life is no less than a treasure for me which gave me invaluable joys in my life. The things that I have learnt throughout my school life will stay with me forever. My school helped me to gain knowledge and excel in studies. My school life was filled with lots of excitement and love. My school made me understand the value of time. My school also helped me to learn dedication. Even though I have missed my last year of School due to a pandemic the efforts taken by the teachers to teach us online was remarkable. The days that I have spent in my school are memorable ones. It will always remain as the best days of my life.

As a student, I feel very proud whenever I say I am from Mount Carmel School. I have always loved the school since the day I came here. As we, the students, enter the class there is always a prayer song played which makes us feel energetic. The morning assembly boosts positivity. Every teacher in the school is so much supportive and helpful in whatever thing we do. The way they teach is brilliant and teachers pay attention to every child; this is the thing I like the most about our MCS teachers. They were very kind and very approachable. The principal himself teaches us life lessons and values, and I always listen to them very carefully because they have been helpful for me in my day to day life. I love that the principal is so strict with the aspect of discipline, at the same time we could approach him with any of our problems and he would deal it with kindness. I am always thankful for that. School had all the fun and social activities. Even the admin staff was very cooperative. The school picnics were just amazing and refreshing for the students. When I look back I would never forget all the teachers who helped me to become what I am today. I am always thankful to all the teachers and most importantly our Principal Fr. Pawan.     It gives me immense pleasure to pen down my feelings and experience in Mount Carmel School. School is a temple of learning. After family, it is the place to which we owe our entire success and achievements. This holds true in my case too. MCS holds a very special place in my heart.
    My experience in MCS is more like a self-exploration journey where I gained knowledge, knew what I am capable of and it made me a better person.
    My favourite memory of MCS is Independence Day where I got invited as the chief guest of the event. It felt like a dream come true. From standing in the audience and cheering for others to being on the stage and the audience applauding for you. It was probably the proudest moment of my life for which I am grateful to the principal who gave me this opportunity.
    I have indeed got great teachers and Fathers in MCS who were a beautiful amalgamation of a mentor, a philosopher, a torch-bearer, a friend, and above all, someone I could completely trust because I know they would never guide me wrong- be it in academics or other problems they were always there to listen and tell me what is right. They have gone above and beyond to support me and I will be forever grateful to them for getting me over the hurdles, having faith in my abilities and imbibing values like- kindness, understanding and honesty.
    One of the most important virtue that Mount Carmel school has taught me is discipline and how discipline is the key to success at every stage of life be it a student or an adult, and I am greatly thankful to the teachers, staff and the fathers for making me the person I have evolved to be today.
    The entire journey of Mount Carmel School is worth remembering and rejoicing for. Each time when I want to smile or laugh I have a bag full of beautiful memories and friends with me. A place where the wings spread vehemently, and life knew no bars. It was my school bestowing wisdom and giving me memories to be cherished forever. Probably the best years of my school life-once a Carmelite, forever a Carmelite.
    The joys that my school life has given are surely countless and will remain as the best days of my life.

I still remember the first day of my school, I joined Mount Carmel school and it was not only the first year for me and my batch but also the first academic year of the school. School’s ambience, infrastructure and equipment were brand new and astonishing. I knew there was a lot to explore in this new world. I made some of the fine and amazing friends who are still part of my life. I came across so many great teachers and students who taught me values, build up my character and made me courageous to face the struggles of life, some of these marvelous lessons were taught not as part of the academics but as a bond that will remain forever. I have witnessed the development of our school and the milestones it has crossed, the progress and outcome is still ongoing and surpasses the expectations. Annual day and sports day were my favourite events filled with enthusiasm, live-spirit, enjoyment and perfect balance of knowledge and learning. I wish I could go back and feel the positive and energetic atmosphere of our school, nurturing me for new adventures and beginnings, motivating me to reach new goals every single day. In fact, had it not been for my school life, I would’ve missed out on so many things. Fathers taught us to be disciplined and directed us on the right path while keeping their kind nature intact. Teachers were always there for our batch and provided us with all the support and much needed motivation to help us pass our board exams with a serene mindset. During my school days, I was given opportunities like dancing, singing, anchoring, leading the blue house and many more. It made me confident enough to interact with people and make a good impression, I am really grateful for it. Mount Carmel school has been and will always be a great part of myself as it has taught me something that no one could ever teach, which is why I am, who I am today and I owe it all to my school.
